Learn mobility and stability exercises that will support your work at EKC and in everyday life. Work to increase range of motion, improve performance and reduce stress. through mobility training. Mobility for Athletes will give you simple tools to integrate into your routine to keep you moving and feeling your best! *No prerequisite required: open to members and non-members *Currently Eastside Kettlebell Collective requires all clients to be vaccinated and boosted. Masks are optional but encouraged.
