Eloise Hoatlin

Eloise has been training with kettlebells for 7 years and has been a group fitness coach and personal trainer for 5 years.  She collaborates with her clients to create a health and wellness plan to support achieving lifelong sustainable fitness goals. She understands that everyone has unique challenges.  and works with her client's to give them the tools they need for lifelong success.

Asherah Charsdottir

Hi, I’m Asherah (she/they)—Coach, Trainer, Movement Nerd, and your #1 Hype Squad.

​

I’ve spent nearly 20 years helping people get stronger, move with more confidence, and feel badass doing it. My background? Let’s just say I’ve covered a lot of ground—from being the slowest runner on my high school track team to leading group physical training for over 100 soldiers in the U.S. Army, to helping Oregon Tradeswomen stay fit, fierce, and job-site ready.

You’ll find that my approach blends strength, structure, and a whole lot of support. I’m certified through NASM and trained as an LGBTQIA+ Inclusive Fitness Professional, with extra expertise in workplace safety and body mechanics. Whether you're swinging your first kettlebell or leveling up your training, I tailor sessions to meet you where you are—no judgment, just results.

Clients call me “Workout Mom” and “Best Ass-Kicker”—and honestly? I take that as the highest praise. I bring high energy, high encouragement, and a healthy dose of fun to every session. If you're ready to put some Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution (with some Wisdom thrown in) on your IRL character sheet, I’ve got you.

Kristen Friis-Hansen

As a NASM-certified personal trainer with 15 years of experience as a chef, I’m ready to help you meet your fitness and food goals! My goal is to create a welcoming and judgement-free space for anyone and everyone who wants to exercise and eat great food. I specialize in strength training, barbell, and meal planning that tastes good. As a queer woman, I know first-hand that weightlifting can be an intimidating space to enter. Thanks to some friends who showed me the ropes early on in my journey, I ended up falling in love with it. Now, I strive to help others do the same.
