In this class you will practice and hone deadlift, swing, getup skills. Classes may include additional anti-rotation exercises to build the core integrity needed to improve unilateral hinges. * Prerequisite: 30 minute Hinge Foundations class *Currently Eastside Kettlebell Collective requires all clients to be vaccinated and boosted. Masks are optional but encouraged.
