Service Description
Eastside Kettlebell Collective is a welcoming space to learn master the main three lifts: back squat, bench press, and deadlift. See below for what to expect depending on the day of the week. Wednesday- Slow paced beginner class to learn techniques for all 3 lifts. Lighter weight more reps can be used as a deload class for the week. Thursday- Squat focused day with accessory exercises to help strength your squat. Slow paced. Friday- Bench focused day with accessory exercises to help strengthen your bench. Slow paced. Saturday- Deadlift focused day with accessory exercises to help strengthen your deadlift. Slow paced.
