Service Description

In this class you will practice and hone the deadlift, swing, and various getup skills (Turkish, SOS, Double Getup, etc.). Classes may include additional anti-rotation exercises to build the core integrity needed to improve unilateral hinges. *Recommend taking Kettlebell 101: Bell Basics if new to ballistic kettlebell movement.
