Service Description

A fast-paced class designed to get the heart rate up using a mixture of kettlebell and bodyweight exercises. * Prerequisite: 30 minute Hinge Foundations class *Currently Eastside Kettlebell Collective requires all clients to be vaccinated and boosted. Masks are optional  but encouraged.
