Every body is a good body. This body affirming workout is perfect for every skill level. Let's spend time in gratitude feeding our bodies the good stuff: breathwork, mobility, strength, heart rate and flexibility. Join Estella and appreciate what the body has done for us this week! (This class may use kettlebells to load movement patterns, but will NOT include swings or other ballistics)
